To Apply a Perimeter Constraint

Select the Perimeter Constraint tool.

Select a closed element.
The constraint has been applied to the parameter of the closed element.
- (Optional)
To change the value of the constrained parameter, use Edit Dimension from the constraint marker's reset pop-up menu.
